By submitting your information via a physical form and/or via our web form, Facebook advert or any other form of advertising, you are giving consent and agree to receive emails, phone calls and text messages about the event for which you registered.
We will also keep you informed of all upcoming events and workshops, special promotions, offers and other SoulCentre Pte. Ltd updates. We may email, call, or text message you based on the information that you have provided via the web form or in person at an event.
Your data will be stored in MailChimp and SendGrid, password protected databases only accessed by authorized company personnel.
If you make a purchase from us, your data will also be stored on our Retail Pro, electronic point of sale register with password protected access to authorized company personnel.
You may withdraw your consent for collection, use and disclosure at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to unsubscribe.
You may also unsubscribe to any of our online e-mail updates by following the unsubscribe instructions at the base of the e-mail message.

SoulKids collects the following details for children attending our SoulKids programs:
Name of child
Parent’s phone no
Allergies (if the child has any)
Special diet (if the child has any)
Medication (if the child is taking)
Emergency name and contact
Name of the person collecting and dropping off the child
Permission from the parent for photographs of the child
We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, criminal convictions and offences.
Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.
